Privacy policy

This policy explains what information asms.ai does and does not collect, and how the service handles the messages received on our numbers. It is written in plain language on purpose.

Free shared numbers require no personal data

To use a free public number you do not create an account, give a name, an email, or any payment details. We do not know who you are, and we do not build a profile of you.

Public inboxes are visible to everyone

Messages received on a free shared number are displayed on that number's public page and can be read by anyone viewing it. Never use a free shared number for any account that holds sensitive personal, financial or identity information. For private use, choose a paid private number with an inbox only you can access.

We periodically delete the messages shown on public numbers so they do not accumulate.

Accounts and paid tiers

If you create an account to use private numbers or the API, we store the email address and authentication details needed to operate the account, your wallet balance and transaction history, and the numbers and messages associated with your account. We use this only to provide the service.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as card processors, PayPal and crypto payment gateways). We do not store full card numbers.

Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the site, plus privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not sell user data, and there is no behavioural advertising on the service.

Your rights and contact

If you have an account, you may request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@asms.ai. Because free shared numbers carry no personal data, there is nothing tied to you to delete there.
